Once the file is downloaded:

if you are using an Android device (phone or tablet), you can open the eBook in Google Books. Once downloaded, Open your Downloads or Files app, find the file, Tap more and then open with Play Books or upload to Play Books.

Unfortunately this file is not compatible with Kindle at this time.
